Shipping

1. Soorat believes in getting your products to your doorstep in the least amount of time. All orders will be dispatched within 3-5 working days. Pre-orders and Soorat Crush orders will indicate shipping times for individual products at the checkout cart. These orders can take up to at least 21 days to deliver. Please allow us the required time to get your order to you safely. In case of government holidays, environmental crisis, deliveries may be delayed. You will be informed via phone or email in case a shipment is delayed due to any given reason.

2. You will receive an email notification and a call from our CSR  shortly after you place your order, to confirm your order and delivery details.
