Split ends are one of the main hair related problems faced by most people. Even though trimming is one of the best solutions for split ends, not everyone can afford regularly trimming every now and then. I’ll list you a couple of ways you can protect your hair by yourself.

What are the major cause of split ends?

If you have long hair than you are more likely going to have split ends. Even when you apply too much heat from styling tools or other chemicals from dying, it leaves your hair dehydrated and weak.\

 

Egg Yolk:

Egg yolk has protein that helps strengthen your hair. You can even mix it by adding two tablespoons of olive oil, almond oil or honey. Apply this mixture for thirty minutes and then rinse it off.

 

Honey:

Honey is known as the ingredient that heals everything, therefore it prevents split ends as too. It also helps in keeping your scalp neat and clean. Take some curd, honey or any other oil that suits your hair, mix it together and apply it for twenty minutes to get the best results.

Chamomile:

This is an excellent ingredient; it removes dead cells and helps your hair grow. This technique requires you to soak two chamomile tea bags in boiling water. Once that is done, you should wait for the water to cool down, and then you can use it to rinse your hair.

Black Lentils:

This is a rich source of protein and helps in nourishing your hair by improving its quality. You need to make a powder of black lentils, fenugreek seeds, and then add some curd to make it into a smooth paste. Apply this paste on your hair for an hour and wash it off with a mild shampoo that has no sulfate in it. You will be surprised with the results.

All these techniques take care of your ends and gives your hair the kind of treatment it deserves. It is important to take care of split ends so your hair looks healthy and well maintained. Nobody wants dry hair with rough and frizzy ends.
